Job Description: Join the team at Stuart Co, a highly respected and award-winning property management leader, as a Maintenance Lead at The Wellington Senior Living in St. Paul. This role involves hands-on supervision of routine and preventive maintenance for a 120-unit senior living residence. Responsibilities include managing unit turns to ensure they are rent-ready, participating in special events setup and takedown, and performing maintenance duties primarily during weekday hours.
The position requires availability for occasional after-hours emergency calls, with a preference for living within 15-20 minutes of the property.
