* Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport demolition & MSW materials from storage to load staged roll off containers.
* Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
* Operates skid steer loader with multiple attachments and would perform multiple exchanges to facilitate different processes.
* Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment.
* Perform snow removal with each snow event along with salting and sanding to ensure a safe work environment.
* Direct customers to the proper location by material for offloading.
* Assist customers with unloading material when needed.
* Communicates with subcontractor to schedule delivery of material to disposal location.
* Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.
** Education
* ** HS Diploma/G.E.D.
** Experience and Competencies
*** Position requires the ability to work with both internal and external customers and provide outstanding customer service.
* Position requires effective communication skills.
* Perform inspections and report findings to manager.
** Pay*** $30-$35/HR
