40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Compensation$20 per hour
Responsibilities- Customer Service: provide courteous, efficient service; handle resident issues; deliver notices; report unusual circumstances.
- Cleaning and Grounds: maintain building and grounds; assist with building maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping; prepare vacant units; move heavy equipment; maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
- Regulation & Safety: possess knowledge of company policies, community policies; operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies; comply with fair housing rules; complete assigned training; attend staff meetings.
Entry level, full-time, other job function; location:
St. Paul, MN; salary range: $18–$20 per hour; posting date: 12 months ago.
