Shoreview, MN

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $25 - $32/hr., depending on qualifications

Duties of the building / facility maintenance technician:

• Perform building maintenance, including drywall, painting, lighting, and minor electrical work.
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
• Troubleshoot and ensure proper operation of manufacturing and machining centers (experience preferred).
• Start up and monitor HVAC equipment and boiler operations.

Requirements of the building / facility maintenance technician:

• 5+ years of experience in building/facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in HVAC, boilers, chillers, and pump systems.
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug test.
• U.S. Person compliance as defined by ITAR.
