Description

Provide professional janitorial and related services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned facilities. Ensure all tasks meet company quality standards and comply with safety guidelines.

• * Dust all hard surface flooring and horizontal surfaces (desks, file cabinets, window sills).
• * Sweep and damp mop uncarpeted areas; remove spills, stains, gum, and foreign matter.
• * Vacuum carpeted areas and rugs; spot clean stains.
• * Clean glass surfaces and mirrors, removing fingerprints and smudges.

• * Empty all waste containers; replace liners and damp wipe containers.
• * Remove waste materials to designated disposal areas.

• * Clean and sanitize drinking fountains, water coolers, and employee lounge tables.
• * Use disinfectant cleaning products for high-touch surfaces (doors, handles, switch plates).

• * Polish stainless steel fixtures without leaving residue.
• * Maintain baseboards, chair rails, and other low-dust areas.

• * Follow recycling and sustainability programs as required.
• * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• * Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment within budgetary guidelines.

• * Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• * Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• * Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• * Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check.

• * Indoor environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• * May require evening or weekend shifts depending on facility needs.
