• Clean and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and office equipment
• Sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash throughout assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and break room areas
• Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Collect and properly dispose of all waste, maintaining orderly indoor and outdoor areas
• Assist with basic groundskeeping tasks
• Identify and report needed repairs or maintenance issues
• Perform all duties safely, efficiently, and as assigned

• Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Can tell when equipment has been fully cleaned and sanitized
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for a full shift, bend, reach, and work with hand tools
• Able to hear alarms and speech in a noisy environment and maintain necessary peripheral vision
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents (no related allergies)
• Performs tasks safely and effectively as part of daily work duties
