Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager (Nationwide) to join our team in the mechanical construction industry. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our operations, overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
This role requires a high level of strategic planning, team leadership, and risk management skills.
- Manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
- Allocate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring that all team members are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure safety standards are met.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Bachelor s or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- OSHA 30 (a plus)
- PMP Certification (a plus)
- LEED accredited/knowledge (a plus)
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building & construction industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Ability to read and comprehend construction documents
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles
- Construction Project Management experience
- Business administration and management principles including company operations and financials, customer relations, business development and project sales strategies, and legal aspects of construction industry
