Summary

Oversees and directs all Warehouse Associate activities. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring the individual to work alongside warehouse staff as necessary. This role is eligible to wrok an on-site schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Supervise all warehouse persons with the exception of associate assigned to warehouse portables

* Manage and direct all project work flow to warehouse persons with great attention to detail including projected timelines

* Assist in pulling and prepping all shows

* Manage warehouse inventory alongside the Logistics Coordinator

* Collaborate with project manager and warehouse persons to finalize, update, and distribute show manifests

* Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

* Collaborate with the Warehouse Leads to receive shows

* Attend appropriate team meetings

* Ensure properties are properly returned to storage after receiving

* Manage warehouse equipment service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly

* Maintain a safe environment and implement procedures and regulations to insure safety of all employees and take an active role in Sparks Safety Committee

* Maintain documented rules and regulations

Education & Experience

* 5+ years of warehouse experience in the tradeshow and event industry

* Ability to implement and maintain standardized operational procedures related to inventory control and warehousing activities

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple large scale product launches utilizing strong organizational and communication skills

* Forklift Certification

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player

* Salary range of $56,300 - $71,000 based on level of experience
