• $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary:Base salary with incentive opportunities

• Lead and support service team operations and workflow
• Coordinate internal repair orders and communicate schedules with the Used Vehicle Team
• Manage approvals, deliveries, and tracking with the Recon department
• Process service invoices and warranty repair orders
• Oversee rental operations, vehicle deliveries, and cleanliness standards
• Partner with advisors and accounting to close out repair orders each month
• Support Express and Main Shop administrative functions

• 2+ years of automotive dealership or service leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• General automotive knowledge and computer proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
