The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading one or more complex construction projects from early planning through final completion. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In addition to direct project leadership, the Senior Project Manager plays a key role in developing team members, strengthening client relationships, and advancing organizational initiatives.

• Ensure overall performance, financial results, and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and fee performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors consistent with company values and operating principles.
• Develop, coach, and mentor project management professionals.
• Build long-term partnerships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support and promote company-wide initiatives and best practices.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
