Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading one or more complex construction projects from early planning through final completion. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In addition to direct project leadership, the Senior Project Manager plays a key role in developing team members, strengthening client relationships, and advancing organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and fee performance.

+ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

+ Build long-term partnerships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.

+ Support and promote company-wide initiatives and best practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
