Senior Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Manages project scope, resources, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with PMO processes and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and vendors
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
- Communicate status and elevate critical issues to leadership
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Support team collaboration and problem-solving
- 5–10+ years project management experience with complex projects
- Experience with government projects or multi-team coordination
- Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project risks
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Experience driving adoption and organizational change initiatives
