Merchandising Supervisor - St. Paul, MN and surrounding areas

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point‑of‑sale and pricing activities.

• This position will be based out of our St. Paul, MN facility; supporting customer’s stores in the Twin Cities and Northern Twin Cities and the surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of around 15‑20 direct reports.
• This position will be working Tuesday‑Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point‑of‑sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost‑effectiveness and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

• $62,500 - $67,000 / year.
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

• Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.
