This position is a highly visible, public facing position that serves as a key point of contact for the local business community and policymakers while overseeing a team of City employees that serve as business navigators. Maintaining a regular presence in the community, building relationships, and engaging directly with businesses are essential parts of the role.
This position also provides operational leadership, oversees complex economic development initiatives, and supports departmental strategic priorities. The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $109,000–$119,000 annually.
