Bay West seeks a Field Services Manager to provide field operations support to the Industrial Services group. You will coordinate staffing, equipment, and supplies to ensure safe, efficient project completion and serve as a trainer and mentor for field technicians.
You will act as Site Supervisor during project operations and report to ERIS leadership. You will lead scheduling, asset maintenance, and staffing systems, while ensuring safety compliance and high-quality results across projects.
