Americas Facilities Manager

• Lead integrated facilities management operations and service delivery across assigned Americas sites
• Manage hard and soft facilities services, including building operations, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities, maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, mailroom, workplace support, and other site services
• Manage third-party facilities service providers against contractual requirements, service levels, KPIs, SLAs, and financial commitments
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, work-order management, asset reliability, and effective use of CMMS/IWMS and building technology platforms
• Partner with site Facilities Operations leaders while maintaining local budget ownership and service accountability
• Ensure facilities operations comply with regulatory, EHS, security, quality, and company standards
• Support capital planning, lifecycle replacement, infrastructure upgrades, and project execution
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, forecasts, cost-saving initiatives, and vendor financial performance
• Establish consistent operating standards, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the region
• Lead supplier performance reviews and corrective actions
• Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, critical infrastructure reliability, and escalation management
• Lead, coach, and develop regional facilities team members
• Partner with finance teams to reconcile payments against leases, contracts, and commitments
• Identify financial gaps, leaks, and workflow inefficiencies
• Develop reporting and analytics to track financial health and process performance
• Ensure the single source of truth database meets business requirements and aligns with partner delivery contracting
• Partner with site leaders, business stakeholders, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and external service providers

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of direct function related experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of direct function related experience
• Eight (8) years of experience in real estate transactions and facilities management
• Ten (10) years experience managing multi-country portfolios across the Americas
• Ten (10) years experience in a role requiring strong negotiation, contract, and financial analysis skills
• Ten (10) years experience managing outsourced service providers
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
• Experience working internally for a large healthcare manufacturing company
• Experience working with multiple technology platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate across regional stakeholders
• Strong business, contract language, and financial acumen
• Demonstrated leadership experience

Demonstrates expertise in integrated facilities management, including managing hard and soft services, financial analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards. Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and manage vendor relationships across multi-country portfolios.
