Executive Director

Unifying:
The Executive Director leads with confidence, vision, and purpose while bringing people together around the school’s mission and future. They build strong teams, support staff, listen to others, manage conflict, solve problems, and follow through. They provide steady results – focused leadership that strengthens relations and creats shared commitment to students and the school.

Financially Responsible:
The Executive Director demonstrates strong financial knowledge and makes sound decisions that support the school’s long-term stability. They understand budgeting, monitor resources carefully, work closely with finance staff and the foundation, and ensure resources align with school prioritie. Their financial leadership sustains programs, supports staff, and creates oppotunities for students.

Instructionally Focused:
The Executive Director keeps student learning and achievement at the center of the school’s work. They understand effective instruction, curriculum, MTSS, the READ Act, Title I, and systems that support student success. They support teachers, use data to guide improvement, set high expectations, and provide the direction and resources needed for every student to grow.

Culturally Responsive:
The Executive Director embraces Native American culture and language as central to the school’s identity and mission. They lead with humility and respect, honor the culture of the community, and ensure it remains visible and valued throughout the school. They build authentic relationships with students, families, staff, and community members and strengthen connections between the school and community.

Accountable and Consistent:
The Executive Director sets clear expectations and applies policies and procedures consistently. They hold themselves and other accountable while building trust through fairness, confidentiality, and follow through. They listen to different perspectives, address concerns fairly, resolve conflict, and create an environment where people understand expectations and take responsibility for their work.
