  • Monitor scheduling, staffing patterns, open shifts, call-offs, and service gaps to support continuity of care.
  • Manage branch performance against budget, revenue, census, labor, and EBITDA goals, and act on performance gaps.
  • Maintain readiness for audits and ensure accurate documentation, required training, incident follow-up, and compliance with state, federal, payer, licensing, HIPAA, and company requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen caregiver support, expand services, and improve profitability.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners while representing Amivie professionally in the market.
What You Bring

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, team development, performance management, and accountability.
  • Experience managing multiple operational priorities such as staffing, scheduling, compliance, client services, and financial performance.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and use sound professional judgment.
  • Comfort using scheduling and documentation platforms, operational systems, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, human services, or a related operational environment.
  • Experience with budget accountability, revenue growth, labor management, and operational metrics.
  • Knowledge of Minnesota home care or human services regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.

  • A diploma in a human services-related field from an accredited postsecondary institution and at least three years of qualifying full-time direct care experience.
  • At least 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, plus at least four years of qualifying full-time direct care experience under the supervision of a staff member who meets one of the pathways above.
Work Environment and Schedule

This position works across office, branch, community, and client-service settings. Local travel is required. The schedule may vary based on branch needs, staffing issues, client concerns, and other time-sensitive operational demands, and may occasionally require availability outside standard business hours.
