Business Manager/Chief Financial Officer

COR is looking for a highly motivated, competent, and dedicated person to uphold COR’s mission and values. This person will manage the overall business operations and financial matters of COR by overseeing accounts receivable/payable, ensure HIPAA security, and administer employee benefits.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree and at least two years of full‑time experience; experience in management/supervision, working with/for nonprofit organizations, developing and managing budgets; and is familiar with Person-Centered philosophies and Positive Support strategies for persons of all abilities. Desired skills include excellent decision making, communication, understanding of regulations, and ability to develop and maintain strong relations with contractors and community partners.

Candidate must pass a background study.

This is a full‑time salaried/exempt position with salary ranging from $65,000 – $75,000.
