What You’ll Do:

As the Managing Partner, you’ll be responsible for building and developing high-performing teams through proactive recruiting, hiring, and coaching. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations by setting clear expectations, overseeing training standards, and driving performance to meet key business objectives. With a focus on member retention and experience, you’ll ensure timely resolutions, maintain a clean and fully operational facility, and keep the team aligned with daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

You’ll also oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance—ensuring the club runs smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with our brand standards.___________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks Like:

Build a high performance team through networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members

Responsible for the successful and profitable operations of a gym Exceptional member experience with rapid issue resolution, high retention/satisfaction, and clean/crisp facility with all things working
