* This Legal Operations Supervisor exists to supervise and provide oversight and direction to the Legal Counsel's Office Operations Unit and is responsible for designing and developing processes that provide coordination and support of legal filings for all administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings for the Office of Inspector General (OIG).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Ensure that team members effectively complete their work in compliance with applicable statutes and rules as well as internal policies and quality assurance mechanisms.

+ Serve as a member of the division's management/supervisor team.

+ Supervise all assigned OIG Legal Division staff to ensure unit objectives are effectively accomplished.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert in the development of new platforms and tools as it relates to the work streams under their line of supervision.

+ Supervise the division's case management processes and address administrative and technical needs, including development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned legal work streams within existing case management systems and tools.

+ Continuously maintain knowledge of statutes, regulations, and policies governing OIG Legal administrative work and serve as an active participant in the OIG Legal Counsel's Office leadership team.
