We are seeking a **"Manufacturing Engineer"

* Job Description:

* The Manufacturing Engineer will support a high-precision medical device manufacturing environment by partnering closely with production engineering teams to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting equipment issues, investigating yield-related challenges, and driving continuous process improvements within a carbon machining-based production line.
The engineer will be responsible for updating and maintaining manufacturing procedures and work instructions, contributing to CAPA investigations through structured root cause analysis, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to sustain quality, throughput, and compliance with medical device regulations.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and resolve production issues
+ Investigate yield losses and implement corrective actions
+ Update and maintain manufacturing procedures and work instructions
+ Support CAPA activities through root cause analysis and documentation
+ Drive process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance
+ Provide hands-on support for daily manufacturing operations

* Required Qualifications:
*
* + 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
+ Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Hands-on approach to supporting complex manufacturing processes
