We are seeking an experienced Delta Press Machine Operator to join the 2nd shift production team. This role requires recent, hands‑on experience running 13‑inch‑wide Delta press/web machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in die cutting, splitting, and laminating, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and maintain a 13‑inch‑wide Delta press/web machine
• Perform die cutting, splitting, and laminating operations with precision
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Delta Press Machine Operator (within the past 2‑3 years)
• Proficiency with die cutting, splitting, and laminating
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass standard drug screen and background check

Candidates whose press operator experience is more than 3‑4 years old or who have not been in an operator role recently will not be considered.
