CNC Plasma Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on Plasma Operators who want to be part of a fast‑growing fabrication team. If you enjoy working with machinery, take pride in precision, and want a long‑term career path in metal fabrication or welding, this is a great opportunity.

• Operate plasma tables to cut large metal sheets used in industrial tank fabrication
• Support other shop operations when needed, including grinding and general fabrication tasks
• Safely operate a sit‑down forklift to move materials
• Work closely with a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency

• Experience operating machines in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with plasma cutting, laser cutters, or CNC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Comfortable using fabrication tools such as burn tables, mills, press brakes, lathes, grinders, and welding equipment
• Strong tape‑measure and sheet‑metal measurement skills

• CNC operation experience
• Forklift certification
• Metal finishing or polishing experience

  Monday–Thursday, 5:30 am–4:00 pm (3‑day weekends)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul, MN.
