Quality Technician III

Responsibilities

• Manage quality in accordance with the customer requirements and company standards
• Perform detailed quality inspections
• Documentation
• Communication
• Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong blueprint reading skills with understanding of GD&T
• Knowledge with metrology equipment (CMM programming, etc.)
• Understanding of metrology principles and measurement techniques
• Working familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail, independence, and self-motivation

• 2 year certificate in CNC machining
• Machining experience (e.g., CNC operation, tool & die making, or hands-on production machining, tight tolerances)
• Experience in inspection programming and operating inspection equipment
