Electronics Technician, Test Engineer
Akkodis is seeking a Technician, Software Verification for a Contract with a client in St. Paul, MN
. Candidate must have strong hands‑on capability in system‑level testing and mechanical troubleshooting to meet the core qualification for this technician role.
Rate Range: $24/hour to $25/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Executing system‑level verification tests and accurately capturing data for analysis.
- Building, configuring, and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical test fixtures.
- Supporting engineering teams by assisting with hardware/software integration activities.
- Contributing to test method development and helping validate automated or manual test processes.
- Maintaining lab equipment, ensuring test environments remain compliant and fully operational.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and assisting in project coordination tasks.
- Must have an associate degree or technical certification in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in system‑level testing and technician support roles.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to build, configure, and troubleshoot test fixtures for verification activities.
- Must have proficiency using test equipment, tools, and software for data collection, documentation, and analysis.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
