Warehouse Associate Job Saint Paul area,Minnesota USA,Manufacturing / Production

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting production operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, material kitting, inventory control, and handling surplus and returned materials. The role requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy in material handling, and effective communication with internal teams to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.

Located in St. Paul, MN

Temporary position
Pay: $20-25/hour
1st shift openings only!
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inspection of materials.
Support kitting activities by preparing materials for production at least two days prior to scheduled work orders and communicating any material shortages to appropriate stakeholders.
Manage surplus and returned materials, ensuring proper restocking and accurate updates within the ERP system.
Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Assist with training new team members and provide coverage for shipping and receiving functions as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and material flow.
Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
Experience using ERP systems;
Epicor experience is a plus.

Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
