We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Set-Up Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Ensure parts are produced according to blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain precision and quality over quantity in manufacturing processes.
• Work independently and manage machine operations efficiently.

• Experience with CNC and lathe machine operations.
• Comfortable setting up and using G+M Codes to edit programs.
• Mechanical aptitude and precision in manufacturing tasks.

• Willingness to learn and operate different machines.
• Live Tooling experience is a nice-to-have.
• Understanding of Mazatrol and Fanuc systems.
• Interest in advancing programming skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul, MN.
