Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate technical abilities related to the operation of commercial equipment, including mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging;
Support the manufacturing line Lead by monitoring processes, performing roll changes, conducting in-process inspections, and assisting with line setup and teardown;
Read and understand chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) guidance;
Ability to interpret manufacturing documents such as Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Setup Diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, and Logbooks;
Learn and retain technical concepts required for mixing and coating production lines, including order of additions, solvation, emulsions, coat weights, % solids, assay, and viscosity
