CNC Lead Machinist

• Monday through Thursday. OT on Fridays as needed.
• Pay $30-$35 per hour depending on experience.

• Operates and maintains lathes (HMC) adjusting feed and speed settings as required.
• Reviews instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
• Takes precise measurements for cutting and shaping.
• Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment successfully.
• Checks output for quality assurance and documents results.
• Identifies needs and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintains a clean and safe workstation and environment.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and requests as needed.
• Operates forklift and other machinery as required in a safe, responsible manner.

• A high school diploma and technical certificate are preferred
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience, preferred.
• Experience with large OD micrometers, live tooling, HMCs
• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety at all times
• Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to use precision tools and large micrometers to take accurate measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals accurately
• Must be able to pass physical assessments and have a clear drug screen
