* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Ability to communicate fluently (reading, writing, speaking and listening) in English
* Must have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment executing projects
* Must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Creative, innovative and detail-oriented
* Must be available to travel 20%
* Strong interpersonal skills (communication, able to influence others, accountability and teamwork)
* Ability to improve and streamline work processes
* Able to handle a healthy balance of delivering quality, schedule and cost
* Ability to develop design basis, RFQs, option analysis, overall engineering and manufacturing deliverables tracking, readiness tools
* Experience with Food Processing Technology & Automation
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, CFIA
* Basic knowledge of capital management and purchasing
* Experience with lean manufacturing and engineering work processes
* Automation & Controls experience
* Projects will not be limited to location based only
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
* Must have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment executing projects.
* Experience with lean manufacturing and engineering work processes.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
* Creative, innovative and detail oriented.
* Strong interpersonal skills (communication, able to influence others, accountability and teamwork).
* Ability to improve and streamline work processes.
* Able to handle a healthy balance of delivering quality, schedule, and cost.
* Ability to develop design basis, RFQs, option analysis, overall engineering and manufacturing deliverables tracking, readiness tools.
* Experience with Food Processing Technology & Automation.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
