CNC Lathe Machinist

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $25 - $32/hr.

Hours:

• 6 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday
• 3:00 pm
  -1:00 am, Monday - Thursday

Job duties of the CNC lathe machinist:

• Set up and manage CNC lathe machines for tasks such as drilling and grinding
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Ensure machines operate in line with company guidelines
• Conduct tool changes and manage offsets, edits, and inspections
• Set tolerance levels and determine optimal cut speeds
• Perform equipment set-up and calibration procedures
• Apply knowledge of G&M codes
• Measure part features using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

Requirements of the CNC lathe machinist:

• 5+ years of CNC lathe setup experience
• Strong knowledge of tooling and blueprint reading
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
