* ** What's the Job?*
* + Take responsibility to ensure jobs are completed on time.

+ Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including Tooling Engineers, CNC Machinists, and EDM Machinists.

+ Assemble molds of any complexity with minimal supervision to meet customer approval.

+ Plan and schedule minor jobs to meet quoted delivery dates.

+ Coordinate with Tool Room Supervisor to align with project deadlines.

+ Disassemble and troubleshoot molds; develop and execute plans to correct issues within reasonable time and cost constraints.

+ Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO 9001:2015-compliant QMS.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States.

+ Completion of 2-year technical/trade school program in tool making or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in mold making within a tool shop environment.

+ Extensive experience in precision surface grinding or 5+ years working with CNC milling, EDM, or Wire EDM processes.
