Job Summary

St Paul Beverage Solution has an immediate job opening for a laboratory technician to perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products, raw materials and associated items, while adhering to food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and SQF requirements. The person in this position would need to maintain all applicable standard operating procedures, while utilizing a continuous improvement mindset, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Our Technicians for this Position Can Make Up To:

$24 per hour plus $1 shift differential from 6pm - 6am

Schedule:

Rotating days 6pm -- 6am

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED or work experience equivalent required.
  • Associate’s Degree or some coursework in Food Science/Chemistry/Biology preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, MSDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.
  • Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.
