Shipping​/Receiving Associate

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30AM | Overtime rarely required

Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (commensurate with experience)

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join their warehouse operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated industries who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (PIT) for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking product.
• Process inbound and outbound orders accurately using an ERP system.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including packing lists, BOLs, and shipping labels.
• Create and process repack orders; print and approve manufacturing/repack labels.
• Verify outbound product quality meets customer standards and ensure safe, proper pallet builds.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recent, hands-on experience in a material handling or forklift operator role (shipping, receiving, packing, or processing).
• Active forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working within structured processes and procedures.
• Background in manufacturing or a regulated/technical industry is a plus (medical device, life sciences, or similar).
• Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset.
