Machine Operator – Die‑Cutting Press

2nd Shift | Competitive Pay | Printing & Packaging

• Set up and run die‑cutting presses to meet production goals
• Perform make‑ready, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Review job specs for quantities, stock, and special instructions
• Inspect dies and fix minor defects
• Maintain quality and consistency throughout the run
• Complete production, inventory, and waste tracking
• Clean and maintain equipment (including confined spaces & ladder work)
• Support general production and packaging tasks

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Comfort with physical work (lifting 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing)
• Color‑matching accuracy
• Willingness for shift changes + overtime

• Folding carton or printing experience
• Die‑cutting or converting equipment knowledge
• Computer skills for production data entry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.88 - $21.57/hr.
