We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Technician to support production, inventory, shipping/receiving, and fulfillment operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of materials, accurate inventory management, and timely shipment processing across the facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience supporting production or warehouse operations, and the ability to accurately read pick lists, packing lists, and shipping documentation. Candidates with manufacturing experience and/or scientific industry backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Support production operations through job kitting, material preparation, and fulfillment activities
- Read pick lists, kitting orders, and packing documentation to ensure accurate shipments and inventory movement
- Create packing lists, bills of lading (BOL), and shipping documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Receive incoming materials, verify inventory, and process materials into ERP systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, shipping, and cycle counting activities
- Utilize ERP systems to process shipments, track inventory movements, and document transactions
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to load/unload materials and move inventory throughout the facility
- Support shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and material handling activities as needed
- Assist with sterile product packaging and processing operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production areas
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Support tooling inspection, maintenance, and inventory activities as needed
- 2–3 years of experience within manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production support environments
- Recent inventory management and forklift operation experience required
- Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking and shipment processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage shipping and inventory documentation
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists, packing lists, and shipping paperwork
- Manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Scientific or laboratory industry experience is a major plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
