Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Onboard and train new hires.
- Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts.
- Handle inventory control tasks including adjustments, returns, and shortages.
- Assist with e‑commerce and will call as needed.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by supervisor, with reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; must exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). The work environment may expose the employee to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older.
- At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
