Boilermakers - Maintenance & Project Work - Saint Paul, MN

Turner Industries Group is seeking experienced Boilermakers for maintenance and project work in the Saint Paul, MN area. This role involves assembling, repairing, and maintaining boilers and pressure vessels at industrial sites. The ideal candidates will have several years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• 3 to 5 years of Boilermaker experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Written pre-employment qualification test
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Hazard Communication orientation/test
• Turner Industries Group indoctrination
• Job site orientation and safety requirements (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
• OSHA approved corrective eyewear (Z87)
• Demonstrated proficiency in construction tool use (grinders, oxy/acetylene torch)
• Rigging skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Physical ability to climb, lift 30-50 lbs, and work in various environments
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

• National Certification preferred (may be required by client)
