Responsibilities and Duties
- Read and interpret detailed wiring schematics for multiple clients
- Independently build complete industrial control panels from start to finish
- Accurately route, label, terminate, and organize wiring
- Prepare wire labels, markers, and identification components
- Ensure builds meet quality, safety, and company standards
- Safely and proficiently operate shop equipment and power tools
- Use hand tools such as wire strippers, cutters, screwdrivers, drills, and measuring tools with precision
- Follow established build procedures and best practices
- Communicate effectively through email and internal systems
- Follow detailed work instructions while also asking questions when clarification is needed
- Continuously improve your understanding of schematics, layouts, and panel design methods
- Travel to client sites when installation or on-site work is needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality workmanship
- Strong understanding of electrical control wiring schematics
- Proficiency using hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow direction, communicate clearly, and work independently
