Bindery Operator

Twin City Staffing is seeking a bindery operator to join a premier printing shop in the Saint Paul, MN area! This overnight position offers a great schedule, excellent benefits, and a $1.50/hr. shift differential to maximize your earnings.

Location: Saint Paul, MN area

Wage: $22.00 - $25.00/hr. (Includes $1.50/hr. shift differential)

Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 3 days a week (Rotating shifts)

• Shift information: This position features a rotating 3-day work week designed to give employees more weekend flexibility. Shift schedules will alternate at the company's discretion between Sunday - Tuesday and Wednesday - Friday.

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the bindery operator:

• Operate and maintain MBO folders, cutters, and stitchers
• Set up machinery and troubleshoot production issues
• Monitor print jobs for strict quality control
• Handle and load paper materials into machines
• Track production data using Avanti ERP software
• Collaborate with the team on workflow timelines

Requirements of the bindery operator:

• MBO folder and binder machine experience is a plus
• Solid manufacturing background (will train the right person)
• Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Safety glasses, pants, and closed-toe shoes required
• Ability to pass a drug screen and national background check
