You’ll rotate through stations and build cables from start to finish using a batch process:
- Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires
- Assemble cable and electrical components
- Use hand tools, small machines, and torque wrenches
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, and SOPs
- Track work using a simple computer system
- Rotate between stations once trained (no repetitive monotony)
We are open to entry‑level and transferable skills – if you’ve worked with tools or enjoy hands‑on work, we want to talk to you.
Great fit if you have:- Mechanical aptitude (automotive, construction, assembly, hobbies, etc.)
- Experience using hand/power tools
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Wiring, cable, or assembly experience
- Soldering or IPC certifications
- Clean, well‑lit, temperature‑controlled facility
- Not a cleanroom – comfortable working conditions
- ESD smock required (provided)
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Occasional OT on Saturdays
You’ll receive full training across multiple stations, giving you valuable skills in wiring, assembly, and production. This is a great opportunity to build a long‑term career in medical manufacturing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
