Hutchinson Senior Operations Supervisor

Job Title

Senior Operations Supervisor to drive safety, quality, and productivity across the production organization in Hutchinson, MN.

• Creating a world class safety culture that delivers high EHS performance and is consistently demonstrated as the first priority.
• Utilizing principle‑based leadership, leading employees through a culture of respect and teamwork.
• Engaging your team to align to a strategic plan around safety, customer service, quality, and productivity.
• Catalyzing continuous improvement with a heavy focus on safety, productivity, and employee relations.
• Driving consistency and accountability regarding all policies, procedures and expectations throughout the production organization.
• Determining staffing and prioritization to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Developing operator and supervisor skills, encouraging problem solving and recognition of performance.
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager, Operations Peers, and the Production Planning, Plant Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams to understand strategy and execute improvement efforts.
• Being available and at times on‑call to support 24/7 continuous operations.

• High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Seven (7) years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a cross‑functional environment.
• Experience and certification with Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience in operational excellence, lean implementation, and financial accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).

On‑Site Hutchinson, MN.

May include up to 5% domestic.

May be authorized.

Expected compensation range: $124,127 - $151,710, base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
