This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Clean Room Assembly/Operator, where you will work in a full clean room environment, performing various duties at a machine station. You will be responsible for assembling medical or filter components, monitoring machines, inspecting, packaging, labeling, and sorting products. This role requires adherence to strict clean room protocols, including wearing full protective gear such as a gown, mask, gloves, hair net, and booties, and avoiding makeup or liquids in the area.
Will be standing all shift, need to be comfortable with this.
- Load medical or filter components and parts into machines.
- Monitor machine operation and perform visual inspections.
- Package, label, bag, sort, and trim products according to instructions.
- Follow work instructions and document processes as per work orders.
- Assemble filters for respiratory purposes using small hand tools and custom machines.
- Stand for 10 hours at a station performing assembly processes.
- Operate basic machines for trimming, fixture assembly, or bagging.
- Count, sort, and label components as required.
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience, with a preference for medical or cleanroom experience.
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.
- Capability to stand for 10 hours wearing steel toe boots.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand dexterity.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
