PALLET REPAIR

Job Summary

Pallet Repairer – Build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood daily, fulfilling all of our customers’ needs. Piece‑rate position – the more pallets you repair, the more money you make.

$18.50 during training; drops to $16.50 + $0.35 piece‑rate after training. Average pay ranges from $21.00/hr. to $26.00/hr.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Address: 2767 Hwy 55, Eagan, MN 55121 (late July moving to 2795 Commerce Dr, Eagan, MN).

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble with a nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Ensure safety for yourself and others by following all company procedures.
• Achieve high standards of quality while maintaining a high volume of finished goods.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lb. on a regular basis.
• Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing is highly preferred.
• Fast hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50‑75 lb. and moving body positions for entire shifts.
• Noise level depends on location.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: eye protection, ear protection (mandatory at several locations), safety shoes.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
