Manufacturing Engineer; Medical Device

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid technical foundation, and the potential to grow within the organization. This role requires hands‑on involvement on the production floor and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Spend approximately 60% of time on the manufacturing floor in a gowned/cleanroom environment
• Troubleshoot production and equipment‑related issues in real time
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with operators, technicians, and cross‑functional teams
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output
• Ensure production continuity and minimize downtime
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals

• Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions on the production floor
• High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability

• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to cleanroom or regulated environments
• Background in medical devices or similar regulated industries

• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience preferred
• Strong recent graduates with relevant internships or co‑op experience will be considered
