• No experience necessary but blasting experience is preferred.
• Compliance with the Quality Assurance program is required.
• Experienced, energetic, detail‑focused individual with good dexterity and a desire to be part of a growing team.

• Under the direct supervision of the Paint Shop Plant Manager, perform industrial steel sandblasting for a variety of jobs.
• Collaborate with other team members and work within the production schedule.
• Proactively maintain all tools and equipment and follow all safety precautions.
• Wear a full astronaut suit with an air hose, stay cool; water and gatorade are provided.
