Job Title: Assembler / Production Associate

Location: St. Paul, MN

• Assemble, repair, test, and inspect medical devices in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow written work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Handle small parts and use basic computer systems for production tracking.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records for traceability.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities.
• Communicate production issues and updates with supervisors and team members.
• Ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict gowning, hygiene, and dress code rules.
• Prioritize tasks and complete work with attention to detail.
• Support team goals and manufacturing performance targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
• Comfortable handling small components and repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
