Seeking Applicants – Large Press Set-Up Operator III

As a Large Press Set-Up Operator III, you will set up and run large presses to produce high-quality stamped parts safely and efficiently. You’ll use your experience to support production, mentor junior operators, and work with toolroom and maintenance teams to meet customer and delivery requirements.

• Set up and run large presses and complex tooling (draw, form, progressive dies)
• Read blueprints and work instructions to produce quality parts efficiently
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot press or die issues and work with toolroom/maintenance
• Train and support Level I & II operators
• Follow safety standards and enter production data

• Minimum 4 years of press setup experience
• Read and write English
• HS Diploma or GED

• Ability to see and hear with vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus during long shifts
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
