Clean Room Assembly

Join our growing team, where you will engage in a variety of tasks such as machine operation, part inspection, packaging, assembling, labeling, and scanning final products. You will rotate across different areas within the production environment to ensure a dynamic work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machines to produce molded parts
  • Keep pace with the rate of production
  • Perform visual inspection of parts checking for contamination
  • Comprehend and follow operator’s guide and work instructions
  • Trim and package parts according to instructions
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Participate actively in goals and suggestions to better processes
Essential Skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
  • Team player mentality
  • Flexibility to work in various areas when required
  • 6+ months of medical device experience preferred, but not required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable with clean room procedures
  • Preferred:
    Manufacturing experience

Environment

The facility, renovated within the last three years, offers a clean room environment where employees gown up to work in manufacturing. It is a place where new product lines are designed and built, directly impacting production. Employees will operate equipment, assemble, package, conduct visual inspections, and occasionally assist with warehouse duties. The first shift operates from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with straight 8‑hour days including paid breaks and lunch.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50/hr.
